Obeer vs. outside accounting

We currently use Obeer for brewpub and production brewery operations but have not integrated kitchen/restaurant/other entity into the financial portion of OBeer. We currently have an outside accounting firm that handles all our company's bills and financial statements and we try and reconcile the two accounting systems every month. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on the next steps to better handle this since we are getting two different sets of numbers and two different pictures of the business every month. Would hiring an outside accountant with Obeer experience be the best option? And are there any such companies that do that? Or would bringing more manpower in house to enter all invoices/information be the best path forward and then just use a CPA for tax matters? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
